How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be longer.
 

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
 

Why is an item still showing in stock after selling out?

Due to high traffic and paid advertising campaigns, inventory updates may take up to 72 hours to reflect on the website.
 

If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you regarding possible replacement options, store credit, or cancellation at our discretion.
 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
 

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
 

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
